FICTION

From 2012-2017, I was a staff ghostwriter at Hearts Collective, a book packaging company specializing in genre fiction. At Hearts Collective, I wrote over 20 full-length titles under the pen name Colleen Masters (among others), several of which broke into the Amazon Top 10 and Top 100 bestseller lists. My books with HC have sold over 300,000 copies to date.

NONFICTION

In 2017, I ghostwrote Surrender, by Jessica Zampieri. This memoir tells the story of Jessica's emergency liver transplant at the age of 28 and her subsequent work as an advocate for organ donation. Utilizing interviews, primary documents, and additional research, I helped Jessica share her story of survival and self love with the world.

BUST BLOG

BLOG WRITER & EDITOR— 2012-2013

I was a blog writer and editor for BUST Magazine, a well-known feminist publication. At BUST, I contributed news and pop culture stories, film reviews, short fiction, and interviews to both the online and print edition of the magazine. I was also responsible for copyediting other bloggers' work, writing copy for email campaigns and newsletters, and managing the release of BUST content across various social media platforms. LADY PARTS

FOUNDER — 2014-PRESENT

I am the founder of LADY PARTS, a blog and Internet community that calls out sexism in entertainment and celebrates female artists. Lady Parts began as a Tumblr blog, where I would excerpt the most hilariously heinous online casting calls I came across every day (ex. "Seeking: Female to lay face down in a pool of fake blood for two days. Unpaid.") Since 2014, I have released an original comedic digital series based on the blog and collaborated with other companies to create female-driven Web & video content. ONE FOOT PRODUCTIONS & BEAR MUSIC FEST

WRITER & CONTENT MANAGER— 2017-2018

I am a freelance content and copywriter for the live TV and event production company, ONE FOOT PRODUCTIONS. I was initially hired to build out OFP's website with new copy and blog content that both reflected and refined their brand voice.
